Sasuke Inconsistency

When White Zetsu healed Sasuke after he fought Mei, Sasuke came out where Ohnoki met him with his atomic dismantler jutsu. As we all know, Sasuke was saved by Obito before he was demolecularized.

But when Obito teleported back inside the summit room with Sasuke, Sasuke was unconscious. Why? Did Obito place him under genjutsu? Or was he pretending to be unconscious so he wouldn't have to fight again?
