Sasuke = Incomplete Juubi

Um okay while I am a sasuke fan myself I have to admit, that is a bit of a stretch. And nagato destroyed konoha in a single go...and that wasn't even the original body.....nor was he the original dojutsu weilder....meaning sasuke should be more than capable if he put his mind to it. But saying sasuke is equal to incomplete juubi is pushing it in terms of raw power um...no. Though sasuke has half of hagoromo's power I doubt it's like that. Sasuke may be strong but he's definitely not equal to incomplete juubi. Now could he best incomplete juubi? Most likely since sasuke has a conscience but the juubi's power is more wild and unfocused. Sasuke could come up with techniques to restrain it and could probably hold off solo beam with preta path. But the juubi is hecka fast to the point sasuke needs amenojikara to dodge a physical blast if not CBS

Sasuke's Rinnegan is on par with Hagoromo's even when it only has 6 tomoe, which means it's Juubi level

I'm talking about Rinnegan Sasuke. He was blitzing Madara left and right who was stronger than Juubito even before he absorbed the Shinju.

He landed attacks, but they really didn't do anything, Madara was casually regenerating.

Obito's Regeneration isn't as good as Madara's but it's good. Obito's strongest Attach which is the Quad Juubi TBB takes way too much time to charge up while Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o would take care of Juubito and Amenotejikara will blitz him.
