Regarding the sensing of amaterasu before it comes out I see no reason why nagato wouldnt be capable of moving out the way before it releases, also one thing needs to be known is that amaterasu time focusing can be shorten, it takes longer when the user is focusing on something in particular but it has been shown in the manga where amaterasu is released near instant.

I already told you Minato/Tobirama can't teleport a large moving object like Susanoo. He needs for it to remain immobile so he can gather chakra which is hopeless. Once Sasuke spams enough enton, Sasuke can spam Kirin and waste no more chakra. Minato even with ftg can't react to lightning. He might dodge the 1st one because he'll be warned, but once the 2nd one comes down his brain won't react fast enough. Minato is soloed. Minato can't even hurt Sasuke with ftg. 1. Susanoo is not dense at all, and definitely will not require a large sum of chakra to move. Surely not more than Kurama. Even then he reverse summoned Kurama 5 seconds after he told Gamabunta to hold him down... Shouldn't that tell you something?
