Kaguya/Madara/BZ is defeated but the IT Jutsu doesn't break. It comes apparent that Sasuke is the only one that can break it but he must give everything for it to work. He apologises to Team 7 in a final goodbye, for what he's done and that he wasn't good enough. He tells Naruto to become the Hokage and to lead the Village into a new era. He breaks the Jutsu.

Naruto fulfils his dream and becomes Hokage, epilogue scenes of all the main-characters, supporting characters. The Uchiha home in Konoha is rebuilt and the shrine is to never be damaged, in honour of Sasuke. The final scene is Naruto eating Ramen, and he hears a voice: "Looks like you're not a loser anymore, Naruto"

I honestly can't imagine Sasuke as a shinobi for his entire life. All the hatred and bloodshed he's already experienced would surely make him want to put down his weapons and just stop. 27 year old Sasuke, as I imagine him, is retired from the shinobi life and is building a life with Karin, raising his children to become caring and good people. He serves as an unofficial adviser to Naruto, and occasionally will go out to kick ass if it's in his or his clan's best interest.
