Can Someone tell me why hasn't Sasuke teleported behind kakuya and cut her head off?

It very simple. Sasuke can cut madara in half so it possible. Kakuya can't react to Naruto Speed

Sasuke > Naruto In Speed

Why hasn't he done that? Does he have a secret objections? Something that Sasuke wants for her ? Power ? Or is it Kishi plot protection.

That was plot purposes mad main character = final villain lose an arm I bet you we wont see that speed again besides cant be faster than instant.
