I think Hanzo, superior wepon experience, superior experience with his animal contract, superior poison to the type that Orochimaru would have exposed Sasuke to.

Btw I'm assuming this is prime Hanzo? if so then I say mid difficulty unless Sasuke pulls out something very unexpected.
