I'm a Sasuke fan and I think Naruto healed him since the HD video shows a red aura around Sasuke when he is healed.

However its odd that Naruto doesn't heal his sons burnt arm.

Naruto healed him. The attack Sasuke got hit with was pretty hardcore and Sasuke only had a ribcage of Susano'o. Naruto and Sasuke saved each other several times in the movie. No problem there.
