So he's saves the Fodder alliance basically three times or groups of it multiple times. Anyone who was from Konoha arguably saved four times.

And Sasuke didn't really save them so much as act selfishly and it end up being helpful. Itachi took the lead role in stopping Edo tensei. Sasuke was only there for Itachi. Sasuke wanted to figure out stuff, so he had Orochimaru return. So the Hokage were actually more of Orochimaru's feat.
