naruto Saved sasuke from haku, Sasuke saved naruto from haku, kurama helped naruto beat haku, Kakashi killed haku.

Naruto/Lee helped Save Sasuke during the chunin exams against the sound ninja. if it wasn't for those 2 sasuke would have died during the chunin exams.

Sasuke is partially responsible for the mess with the Juubi because he stole one of Gyuuki's tentacles which was the reason Obito was able to get the Juubi.

Also, the Hokages made the choice to fight in the war. Sasuke/Orochimaru wouldn't be able to do much if the Hokages refused to help the SA (especially to Hashirama who would've stomped them if he'd chosen to).
