if that was the case when itachi sealed oro from ******'s body then ****** should still have oro dna and go sage mode or could have used oro's techs but he cant
zetsu was just attached to his body and sealed in him like how oro was in ******'s curse seal

You very post shows all 6 Zetsus coming out of Sasuke and since Orochimaru said the same amount that was inside Sasuke, there's no more. 4 was for the Hokage, 1 for Orochimaru and Juugo killed the other one. Sasuke does not have Senju DNA as far as we know unless Juugo turns out to be related to Senjus
