Sasuke have curse seal back again?

Jugo give him the curse seal power to feed the zetsu chakra.This mean sasuke regain the curse (minus orichimaru power this time).

Since sasuke is hawk now .He will use the curse seal power for his hawk transformation or get wings?

Nope. Juugo just forced Sage/Nature chakra (aka, the "power" of the cursed seal) into him in order to force the Zetsu out.
