So sasuke's chakra = indra's chakra(Sasuke is reincarnation of indra)

You are right. But they doesn't possess the same cells which Indra or Ashura had.
Sasuke doesn't have Indra's CELLS but instead has Indra's CHAKRA. Having cells and having chakra is a different thing.
Apart from that, I myself don't know whether he can awaken rinnegan by having Hashi's chakra (ashura's) since the new ashura is Naruto.

If hashi's cells helped madara to awake the rinnegan,then it should help sasuke to awake his rinnegan.Although naruto being new ashura doesnt change hashi's dna a bit.So i believe sasuke got his rinnegan bec of hashi's cells+hashi's chakra+zetsu

Rinnengan>Sharingan
PS=EMS technique even if its done through his Rinnengan. So Sasuke has shown 1 EMS technique and a Rinnengan technique that we don't even know the full scope of its abilities,
so we still have seen hardly any of what Sasuke can do.

We haven't even seen one whole Rinnengan technique or even what Sasuke's Yin seal can do


Naruto already shown his most powerful technique. All that's left are rasengans 2,3,5,6,7,8>. 9
