1. Had a right to do what? Interupt an important Kage meeting on the verdict on his crimes when no other ninja aren't suppose to be allowed there? That right there is a law he broke no way to justify it. He invaded terrority and got attacked theres no way to justify that.

Is there a way to justify countless death, wars, war crimes and atrocities caused by leaders of this nations?

Sasuke has done worse than Kages themselves? Let's see, Onoki used Akatsuki and committed acts of terrorism against the villages, killing many innocents in the process. Akatsuki originated in Mist village. Gaara killed countless just to feel alive and reveled in the feel of their blood. Bee and Ay attacked Konoha to get the nine tails and Ay - most certainly him - who got Neji's father killed and tried to kidnap Hinata for Byakugan. Danzo slaughtered many to claw his way up to Hokage seat.

So all these people must be angels in everyone's eyes. Sasuke is just sooo bad in comparison. When let's not forget that when these people are automatically-redeemed, Sasuke has literally done nothing if juxtaposed. Let's not forget that whatever Orochimaru did was Hizuren's fault as he is the one who let him walk scoot free, did nothing to aid Uchiha and even the branch family. Yet he's some kind of welkin hero.

Sakura and Kakashi went to kill Sasuke. I would have done the same in his place. I have would have mowed them down with no remorse. There is nothing 'evil' about defending your own life. What a rubbish logic most of you have. The Samurai attacked him and despite warning they did so anyway and paid the price. Again, self-defense killings. The Kages also instigated, when Ay shouldn't have whined about Bee, when he conducted an onslaught on Nine-Tails in the past, together with Branch Family Scion's murder to appease him.

When all these people have received no retribution for their crimes, heck Hizuren and the elders along with Danzo were never persecuted, but Sasuke should be? Most of you don't have much marbles, and it feels as if you hold some sort of personal grudge against Sasuke. When, honestly speaking, even the thought is Class A retarded as most of the reasonings I keep seeing here are idiotic at best, and remorsefully paltry at worst. Get over it people, Sasuke has done nothing wrong if seen as a stand alone Shinobi, or if Juxtaposed with others.

You are trying to justify a criminals deeds, whether it's real life or not he broke the law and betrayed his village. Following the law of Kohona (like Danzo stated) he should have been punished. You credit Itachi for punishment but not Sasuke. He killed the leader of a village, crooked or not. No one said Sasuke was the only criminal, however he is a criminal none the less

Death happens from war, the Uchiha were planning a coup and what was the only way to stop them on the DL? Itachi, so the third could prevent war. Like Hashi said, for the good of the village.
