Ur post made no sense since "he could have surrendered" He has devoted himself to revenge since early ages. Vendetta isnt wrong or evil, its a must that even gods stated one has right to do. "Eye for an eye" and so on.sauske could have simply surrendered. At that time sauskes status was an international criminal they had no choice but to try and kill him or bring him in, sauske wasnt going to let that happen so he fought back. But since he had that title on his head kakashi and sakura had every right to try and attack him. The same way police can attack a man who has a warrant out and attacks police who try to bring him in. Sauske has been in the wrong in every situation since he decided to leave the village and thats why kishi had that great moment of awakening for him 2 chapters ago. His character has been doing it the wrong way, now he realizes that and wants to do it the right way. Kishi wouldnt right sauske from an evil perspective if his actions werent meant to look evil. And since his actions were meant to look evil and its kishis manga we can only conclude that sauske was evil.
His actions were meant to be evil? Naruto disagrees, and many who understand revenge concept.
