4)Attacked the kage summit and fought the raikage killing dozens of samurai in the process.

6)Wanted to destroy the village.....
Yeah,he hasn't done anything bad at all XD XD XD

1. kakashi also tried to kill him. So it evens out.
2. And then killed him afterwards.
3. He failed to do so. It doesn't matter now. He protected alot of live by cancelling edo tensei.
4. None of the samurai lost their lives. Kages were the one who attacked him and not the other way around.
5. He lost that "candidate tag" when he tried to genjutsu mifune. He became an S Rank criminal himself.
6. Naruto also wanted to do that at one point , so it hardly matters .

Give me an example of how most of the ninjas are where they are today because of Sasuke's "good" actions. Don't forget that Raikage was fighting with one-hand because of Sasuke's "good" actions. The burden of proof is on you.

1. He saved kabuto with itachi's help.
2. He helped itachi in cancelling edo tensei .
3. He helped in killing zabuza.
4. Protected naruto .
5. Fought for the village against gaara and saved countless lives, if he wasn't their to stop him, gaara would've escaped.
6. Revived the hokages who are going to be a big help to Shinobi alliance.
7. Made orochimaru help in the war.
8. Killed countless zetsu
9. Killed deidara,danzo,itachi who have done very bad things in their past.
Danzo was after kyuubi , so he saved naruto's ass.
Deidara was after the kyuubi as well , so again, saved naruto.

The only people who are likely going to care that Sasuke murdered Danzo are the two elders. "Treason" is a very loose term in regards to what Sasuke "accomplished" while away from the Leaf. The Raikage's gonna be flipping red asses, but it's not his village.

He joined Oro then Akatuski, both are enemies of the Hidden Leaf Village, that is treason.

In the Narutoverse, a ninja just leaving his village without permission is considered treason.

Also the Raikage has a arm and a great deal of influence, even if the Hidden Leaf Village forgives Sasuke, he will threaten war unless they turn him over, the Samurai also hold a grudge against him and would back the Raikage.

Sasuke betrayed the village by being the student of the guy who killed their hokage; Naruto and his friends risked their life for saving his ass; he was like "meh i don't care" when Naruto mentioned about them.
He decided to destroy the village; even deciding such thing would make him the downright bad guy; why would he decide to hurt the innocent people?! "they live because of Itachi's sacrifice...so i must kill them" this was his logic mate.
He killed samurais; fodder or not; they were humans who had right to live.
And Danzo; like it or not he was the hokage of the leaf; this guy murdered their frikkin kage.
He attempted to kill Sakura, Kakashi and Naruto if he could; they were the citizens of the leaf the village has every right to do anything they want with Sasuke for even attempting to kill them.
His execution order did not came out because of Tsunade's kind heart and faith in Naruto, he was still living thanks to the village he betrayed and even k11 members were supporting Naruto for bringing Sasuke back until kage-meeting arc; did you read Itachi pursuit arc; team 8 members were working their asses of for finding Sasuke.
He is a bad guy; just being a traitor makes him bad.

It's not only about whether a punishable act is successful or not. You have to consider intent.

Hypothetical scenario-

A terrorist attempts to board a plane with a bomb strapped to his chest. He's decided to become a suicide bomber in the name of his religion. However, he is caught by airport security and is unsuccessful.

Do you:

A. Arrest him. He tried to kill a lot of people.

B. Buy him lunch. He's probably hungry after a long day of planning.

C. Let him go. He didn't hurt anyone. He can keep the bomb, but needs to take it somewhere else.

D. Take his bomb and allow him to board. When he was caught, he realized his mistake and apologized.

The correct answer is A. You can immediately cross off two, B and C. B is ridiculous and is only there because I wanted four answers. C is a fine example of stupidity, because he would just find another airport to target. Finally, D is a bad answer because you can't trust someone like him. His intention made it clear he doesn't value human life. He would probably try to find another way to crash the plane.

Letting Sasuke back in the village is equivalent of picking D. He very well could have turned good because he was surrounded by many strong Ninja, ones that wouldn't hesitate to kill him if he threatened the leaf village. You just can't trust him. He might be secretly planning to continue his quest for revenge, this time from the inside.

Actually Sasuke has done ONE pretty bad thing.

And it's about the killer bee incident. He didn't kill B, but what he did was give Tobi the tentacle. The tentacle had a piece of the chakra needed to actually ressurect the juubi. Tobi said he only needed a piece of their chakra to bring forth the beast. So in that sense, Sasuke directly aided the opposition and the juubi's revival is now partly on his hands. I know the narutoverse doesn't know about this... Actually I think maybe B does...

But that aside, I know that he did it. That's really all that matters here. In my eyes Sasuke had a hand in Neji's death. That's really it for me. I still think he deserves a chance at redemption, but to get it for nothing is garbage. He needs to work for it, it's better for his character

Hardly. In no way or shape sasuke gonna be judged by konoha and the world. It was the world that targeted him and sasuke had to riposte.
It was konoha that ****ed up and sasuke had valid reasons for revenge.
And it will be naruto calling shots anyway.
