→He tried to capture bee but failed. Raikage took his revenge and then realized bee was just messing around so until bee is alive he is fine.Actually, now he is more angry on bee than on sasuke xD

→He killed danzo, a potential enemy for not just konoha, but for whole ninja world. Danzo dug his own grave by controlling mifune in kage summit.
→He killed itachi ( a criminal) .
→He killed deidara (again a criminal)


Then there are other supporters sasuke have :

1. Naruto would support him, village will trust anyone who naruto trusts.
Sakura would support him and since tsunade (current hokage) is the one most attached with naruto and sakura, she would agree with them.
2. Sasuke's TNJ is strongest. He says sorry and karin is perfectly fine with it. He says bring back hokages, he gets it. If he says i wanna stay in village , it would be done.
3. If sasuke helps the alliance then they will acknowledge his strength and forgive him.

Actually, hokages are the one who enforce law in konoha, and even after hearing sasuke was the one to kill danzo, hiruzen didn't give a F**K about it . If his best friend don't give a damn, why would konoha ?

All in all, sasuke haven't done anything bad actually and he would be welcomed in the village when people know he was the one to stop edo tensei (itachi said he wanted to stay bad in front of everyone to protect uchiha's name) and is actively participating in the final fight against the juubi.

While I agree with many of your points, Hiruzen did care quite a bit. He knew he was under Edo Tensei, but still remained calm. Hiruzen had a look of subtle melancholy, and a tinge of disappointment. Likely not of Sasuke, but of Danzo going too far in his efforts to end up as he did.

The only people who are likely going to care that Sasuke murdered Danzo are the two elders. "Treason" is a very loose term in regards to what Sasuke "accomplished" while away from the Leaf. The Raikage's gonna be flipping red asses, but it's not his village.

You know I actually agree with this for the most part. I mean the fact that he attacked Bee is bad, so whether he failed or not is irrelevant because he attempted, but other than that he really hasn't done anything bad.

He killed Oro who was trying to destroy the village anyway.

He killed Diedara who was an akatsuki member who were after Naruto
When he fought Itachi he was just trying to avenge his clan

Bad logic. He could've surrendered when he was going against the Raikage. He didn't have to leave the village. He didn't have to sneak into an unauthorized area and kill people. He didn't have to "capture" B and have the whole ninja world think that he was with Akatsuki and that he was the one to "capture" B. He didn't have to nearly kill Naruto and co. on a whim. He didn't have to join Akatsuki(a group of missing-nin and villains). He didn't have to have the Raikage cut his arm off or genjutsu his aides. He's a war criminal and he needs to be tried. I think he will be accepted but lets face the truth.

I don't think that Sasuke would not be forgiven by the village if he did come back. He'd earn it back at some point. But that's my point. He needs to earn it back. He was a selfish idiot, and having anyone, especially his friends forgive everything too easily would be a letdown. Naruto might forgive him, but I still want Sasuke to do everything to deserve it, which means facing punishment and working hard to change himself and not just everyone's perceptions of him.

I'd also like to add that by joining Akatsuki, he tacitly agreed to hunting down Naruto and a whole host of unpleasant things! Anyway, I'm not really contradicting anyone here. Just saying what I want to see w.r.t. character development.

For the record, I do think that Sasuke did a lot of bad things. I don't like him, and I would rather he wasn't around in the series. But it is Kishimoto's story, not mine. Furthermore, a lot of people like Sasuke, whether I understand or not. Given that he will probably be redeemed, I have set out the path that would be awesome to see. I might even like it as much (or more than) Sasuke not being around. Why would I like it more? This is Kishimoto's work. He's awesome!
