Take not of the following:
Sasuke in the last panel of the latest chapter:
Poor Guy, stabbed by Madara almost instantly , [which also looks like a vital organ]

Hashirama proposed that Sasuke accepts his remaining Chakra:
Now, it doesn't appear Hashirama is in sage mode anymore, [i believe Madara taking the Sage Chakra + Madara's rods are blocking it]
But he may also be referring to some sage chakra he has , still not certain.
What we can remember is that once Madara had taken Hashiramas chakra he was able to ''Heal without Seals'' as Hashirama did.
Also was the case with Obito during his fight against Bee Kakashi Naruto and Gai
Sasuke will survive via this, and also [hopefully], awaken new powers due to his ''Near Death + Senju Chakra'' experience.
It would also lay weight to Madara being seemingly still casual in his approach before to the tailed beasts and accepting the damage they bore on him
