Honestly I think Hashirama and Madara on the same side is too much, especially the fact Madara has the Rinnegan. Putting Sasuke on team 2 would make it more balanced.

Naruto already destroyed the wood dragon on his own with sheer speed alone. Minato is a teleporter. That thing will never hold him. He will teleport out of the way easily or even warp it away. Since he is linked in chakra with Naruto, he can even do the same by warping him/it away

Base Nagato's normal shinra tensei destroy forests, a powered up one destroy a village like Konoha. Chibaku tensei even much more, so with BM Naruto's chakra cloak, his destructive capacities should be even much more greater via powerscaling

Their cloak managed to survive Juubi's Bijuudama, so they won't go down easily, not even mentioning their Bijuudamas that only Hashirama in team 1 have shown a comparable fire power with through his Shinsuusenju

You forgot Shiki fujin as well. With clones he could seal the other team from a distance like he did with Kyubi, but i think i'll restrict this move. I just forgot to restrict it in OP

Hypothetical healthy Nagato is on Madara's level. Add a Bijuu cloak and Madara will lose, no doubt.

- Nagato's Shinra Tensei at bare-minimum chakra was able to flatten a forest. If we assume he is near his death state when he died of chakra exhaustion he is near 1% chakra, multiplying that by 100 will give an accurate description on Nagato's true Shinra Tensei strength... He is on mountain-buster levels.

Add a Biju cloak [made Hinata's Hakke Kūshō go from nothing to being able to deflect the Jubi's arms] and Madara loses. Meteor is a nonfactor unless we're counting suicide as an effective draw.

Minato with Bijuu mode and Naruto with Bijuu Mode take Sasuke and Hashirama.

- Sasuke can not defeat Minato. Minato can teleport constructs bigger than the Jubi via Jikukan Kekkei and Sasuke's Susano'o isn't that big [even if we assume its Perfect Susano'o] and once his Susano'o is down, Minato roflstomps.

Naruto can stall Hashirama for a while, his durability and speed give him the edge over Hashirama. Biju Sennin Modo Naruto can easily make a Bijudama big enough to blow of the legs of the Shinsusenju [the weakest part of the construct]. Even if it somehow fails, Hashirama will not be able to defeat Naruto in the time Nagato or Minato finishes off their opponent and he will fall if either is involved in the fight [Nagato's Preta Path or Minato's Hiraishin will simply overwhelm him].

Nagato's Rin'negan is the greatest threat here however it can be backfired. First of all, Madara also maintains the Rin'negan granting him the same access as Nagato. Namikaze is likely to tag his team to collaborate joint attacks or evade close calls, however the team would most likely be overwhelmed and eventually bested. Now if Madara [25] and Shodai [5] begins by utilizing Mokuton bunshin that drastically changes the Odd's to 30+ [25 wielding Susano'o, Eien no Mangekyo, Mokuton and the Rin'negan] combatants vs the lesser 3. Highlighting Doujutsu and specifically linked vision it gives Team 1 not only an exorbitant advantage with clones but coverage from all points. Now Hashirama [extendible to Madara] is able to produce Mokuton at will from any desired location----in superabundance----implying that he could take hold of the opposing team and absorb their respective cloaks within the first moments of the battle. Nagato using Chou Shinra tensei is both questionable by the fact that it could endanger his team and countered by Mokuton's rapidity as showcased against Sarutobi [

There is also the fact that Mokuton would allow Madara, Hashirama and the Mokuton Bunshin to travel through ground and perform jutsu while doing so [

As Sasuke has already been shown compatible with Shodai's Genetic Material, Hashirama could similarly implant spores or a section of his anatomy into Sasuke and thus utilize it to gather Shizen Enerugi from the terrain, channelling it through his body, thus re-creating his Senjutsu Susano'o once more. The subtle weaknesses that will surface in the second team: Firstly, In terms of versatility they are a close-range based as opposed to Team 1 who have the greater to offer at a long range as they are able to attack the opponents [team 2] ranging from any desired direction to directly beneath their standing point. Secondly, Mokuton properties [tagged portion can be effortlessly removed] and the Susano'o would prohibit them from tagging the opponents and Thirdly, that, Nagato remains lacking in terms of speed and lastly----Naruto's offences [rasengan type attacks, chakra arms] and combat style even while synced to kurama are highly predictable. Madara [EMS only] is capable enough to best a Healthy Nagato much more with the Rin'negan and Mokuton; he alone takes Nagato. Sasuke and Hashirama both take Minato and Naruto by shear power, having defence adequate to negate their offences and a terrain advantage given by the notable amounts of forestry producible by Hashirama. Biju Dama means nothing as not only can Perfect Susano'o effortlessly withstand it but Hashirama is able to capture and if so desired, racket it back to the opponent. Team one takes this.
