I highly doubt Sasuke has Senju or uzamaki DNA from biting Karin to heal using her chakra.. I'd say its more Likely that he could get the curse mark powers back especially since Jugo literally put some of himself in Sasuke to save his life after killa bee hit him with lariat... And in that fight I was disappointed to see Jugo not go full curse mark mode to attack killa bee... It probably would have prevented Sasuke from being lariat'd.
