Why didn't we think about this?! Sasuke has been biting Karin Uzumaki A LOT!

Uzumaki is a relative to the Senju clan.

You need Senju and Uchiha DNA to unlock the Rinnegan.

Sasuke will probably unlock Rinnegan, because he has had a lot of Uzumaki blood and he is an Uchiha.

Why else would Kishi make a character that has to give her blood to heal people? And make her an Uzumaki? And why else would he make her Sasuke's teammate and why else would he make her really like him?

He probably wanted it from a direct source. I'm guessing the more you're related the stronger your Mokuton is.
