You mean Mangapanda's translation, which you are misinterpreting. It was shown several times that Sasuke does not need to switch himself with an object.

The likely answer is that he can probably teleport very short distances on his own without having to swap, but any further he does have to swap with something.

In your first pic, he actually didn't appear to teleport madara, but rather it looks like he moved himself and Naruto, likely switching with the sword he swapped places with earlier that Madara had begun to pull out his chest. You can get a better idea of what I mean by actually going back over chap 674


And in the second example, while again nothing i'm saying is concrete, it looks like he swapped kaguya with Naruto's truth seeking balls. You can get a better idea of what I mean by actually going back over chap 682

It's best to just wait and let kishi explain further though. i'm sure he will. But I've already gone back over the old chapters, in almost all cases except for two that i've found, his teleportation feats can be explained with possible swaps

It is basically like substitution jutsu, except you don't need to get hurt for it to activate

It's not so simple . Being able to also trader motion as he did with him and naruto you are displacing space . It's like a bubble. You can move yourself on everything in the bubble to another part of the bubble instantly .

Take a proper look at these panels. The Sfx ["FFT"] over Madara and Kaguya, implies that they are the ones being teleported towards Sasuke, rather than Sasuke/Naruto teleporting towards them.

Just as before, Sasuke had himself and Naruto time their attack so that he could place the enemy in between them.

Seems more like Kishimoto forgot to draw them in those panels, unless you're ready to make a serious case that Sasuke [for some stupid reason] swapped part of Naruto's attacking potential, and brought them back without anyone ever noticing.

He doesn't need a pre-set object. He can teleport normally. Swapping with an object just enhances the range.

Remember when he was about to fall in the lava and he teleported to Naruto's leg? He did not swap with anything then.
Remember when he dodged Madara's storm element attack? He did not swap with anything then.

Even if he did have to swap with something, he could always just treat the air itself as an object and swap places with some air molecules. Air is pretty much everywhere on Earth, so it would be pretty much the same as normal teleporting.
