Sasuke has the worst Rinnegan?

From my standpoint, I think Sasuke has the worse Rinnegan ability out of the three we've seen. All the abilities have cool down, but Sasuke's cool down seems longer than Madara's and Nagato's. Also, its limited range is a huge hindrance. What do you think?

We don't know how long the cool down is or how it's effected. He has used it almost back to back so his cooldown might not be as long as you think. Sasuke also has more Rinne techs coming, teleportation is just something he's going to get better at.

But Shinra Tensei isn't a Nagato specific technique? It's a Deva path technique, and Madara can use the techniques of all the paths.

Hopefully Kishimoto can pull through. If Naruto vs Sasuke is suppose to happen, its looking really one sided. Sasuke got hella nerfed.

I know he has been nerfed since the fight with Kabuto. I'm guessing we will start seeing some new Rinnegan abilities. Madaras eye had at least 7, I think.

Sasuke only has one Rinnegan. The full power comes out when the user has two.

Amaterasu - Fodderized

Susanoo - Fodderized

Rinnegan - Fodderized

Good thing he didn't get Totsuka and Yata or those would've been fodderized as well.

Nagato's Rinnegan= Madara's Rinnegan

Madara can use all the abilities that Nagato has shown (Bar the different body for each of the paths, it was stated that Nagato did that of his own genius due to his lack of mobility), and Shinra Tensei didnt shorten Nagato's lifespan, it only had a 5 sec cooldown because of the means as to which he uses it (if he were to use it with his own body, it has no cool down), it was Chibaku Tensei that shortened his lifespan, and that was because he already had low chakra, and again, the means as to which he used the move (Had he used it with his own body, it is likely it would not shorten his lifespan).

Sasuke's teleportation is actually not much of a hinderance, because, bar God tier shinobi (Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hamura, Naruto, possibly Shinju Madara), it would be a one shot GG technique... it can be both offensive and defensive, because who is to say, he cant swap an enemy jutsu with his own jutsu.


For example, Minato rushes at Sasuke from behind with a rasengan, (after using FTG similar to how he did against Obito), Sasuke swaps the Rasengan with an opposing moving Chidori, making the Chidori run through Minato's hand instead.

It's when he turned good, he hasn't been so effective.

Kaguya's ability is meh. I guess she could trap people in other dimensions like she did Sasuke, but other than that, its very bland.

Don't get me wrong, Sasuke ability is still hax'd, but compared to Madara's and Nagato's its just not as good. You brought up a good point about Sasuke being able to swap places with his enemy's jutsu, but that would work in certain situations while Madara or Nagato don't need to be in a certain situation for their ability to have high effectiveness.
