Sasuke has the upper hand right now

Sasuke has the upper hand in the war, because:
-Tobi, ASF, and Madara knows nothing of Sasuke's situation and intentions. Meaning, Sasuke could attack either side by surprise if he wished to.
-The legendary Orochimaru is assisting him.
-Sasuke is full of chakra, being that he didn't do much in the fight against Kabuto. Naruto, Bee, ASF, and Tobi are most likely exhausted by now.
Any other reasons I'm missing?

Yeah, he is. Orochimaru does not hate Sasuke, he only wants his body because it's a young Uchiha body. Sasuke was Oro's disciple after all, so Orochimaru is willing to help him. I would even go so far as saying that Oro likes Sasuke as a person.

Anyway, Orochimaru will help Sasuke! If Oro was as sketchy as you people think, then he wouldn't have admitted to Sasuke that he still wants his body. Sasuke isn't a kid who can be tricked anymore. This arc isn't about Oro, so something big like Oro trying to take Sasuke body isn't going to happen. Especially since the manga is near over.
