I'd still prefer Kamui. Loosing eyesight would be the only downside for me, unless that didn't apply. In wich case, Kamui over it all!
#2 would be Rikudo chakra & #3 would be Sasuke's Rinnegan. Sun seal #4 & Madara's Rinnegan the 5th. Limbo is cool & all but Kamui & Ameno together are badass

Obviously, Sasuke's rinnegan is unparalleled , Madara's rinnegan is considered depowered to sasuke, momoshiki's doesn't have sharnningan properties is is just an over glorified preta path, sasuke's has sharnningan and Rinnegan abilities, gg

Not according to Obito in the manga, he said the true power of the eyes can only be awakened when you have both. So Double Rinnegan> Single 6T Rinnegan>Single Rinnegan. Nagato and Obito aren't true owners of the Rinnegan so couldn't use its true power; Obito talked about how it was too much for him as well. Madara wasn't shown having the Rinnegan for 12 years to master it, no doubt he would be much more skilled with it since unlike Sasuke; Madara was praised to being special amongst the Uchihas from a young age. Madara had 1 eye for the most part and when he got both Rinnegans he was getting touched by Naruto or Sasuke and thats with Madara being nerfed.

Sasuke's rinnegan is equal to 2 rinnegans. Plus he can use sharingan techs through his rinnegan to enhance them like his rinnegan enhanced ps or amaterasu for example, no other rinnegan can do that. Sasuke's left eye is unique.
