A lot of people are saying that Sasuke is becoming evil again but I beg to differ I think his main goal is too become Hokage now but he has a very dark atmosphere about him, this was observed through Sakura:

Sasuke is a very broken person and I think he knows this in his heart and will never be able to bring peace to the Hidden Leaf under his rule. But I don't think he can't see the forest through the trees and is determined to go through with his selfish plans and change the village for what he thinks will be better.

So maybe this will surface eventually and Sasuke may ask Naruto to promise him too change the village for him.

He overcame the curse when he decided not to destroy Konoha. Imo.

He simply has his own means of attaining peace that aren't necessarily agreeable.

Up to this point Sasuke has only cared about getting his revenge, now he's trying to achieve something good by wrong means.

He sounds like he is becoming another Danzo and I believe Sai notices it in him. I believe that Sai sees something in Sakura. I don't know what it is but I think it will be something crazy like probably Sasuke has put a Genjutsu on Sakura and probably most of the main characters to take try to take out Naruto later on. I don't believe that he has changed one bit and if he does become Hokage he would be something to fear way more than Danzo.

No Sakura is just acting like that because she doesn't want to believe it is the real Sasuke. Sakura is trying to stay in the fantasy that it is still the same Sasuke she knew before he left the village.
