He doesn't have the Senju cells just because he sucked her chakra. Karin's blood has healing abilities, that's why she let him drink of it. But sipping a bit of blood doesn't equal getting Senju cells. What you mean is him getting Senju DNA through the healing, but that isn't possible. So no, he didn't get the cells. He used the chakra in Karin's blood to heal
