You need both indura and Ashura chakra to obtain it correct? Well he doesn't really need Narutos chakra because he has hashirama chakra and DNA...hashirama is. Another ashura reincarnation so he has both chakra...I'm so sick of everyone just dispelling the idea of sasuke having the rinnegan because it's possible and Pretty much confirmed he has it =D

Madara awakened Hagoromo's chakra already the second he fused Hashirama's cells within him. The only thing that didn't happen until old age was the awakening of Rinnegan itself. By that time, Ashura's chakra was passed off somewhere else, finding another person to incarnate.

Just my opinion man. Upgraded EMS would be way more fitting. Rinnegan wouldn't really fit his style.
