He has the potential but how many shadow clones did Naruto use for that training and how many hours did it take? That's alot of hours. He did get half of Hago's power though. You'd agree that Naruto can do all of the chidori variants then since he also has universal comprehension of chakra etc?

I thought it was confirmed that Konohamaru taught him the rasengan? And I wouldn't be surprised if Sasuke knew how to create a rasengan. It doesn't require a nature affinity and Sasuke is good at manipulating form.

lol it was konohamaru and does it matter he already has the best/coolest jutsu in my opinion chidori and other different lighting styles also almost everyone knows rasengan so it isn't a big deal

Sasuke could form a Rasengan, but Chidori is more effective with his Sharingan. Likewise, Naruto could learn Chidori, but he's better off with Rasengan (since he can add elements to it or throw it). It's not like either character is defined by some A-rank jutsu... anyone with a brain knows Sasuke could copy Rasengan whenever he wants. Doesn't take anything away from Naruto or make Sasuke the most powerful. If Sasuke clashed against Naruto in a Rasengan vs. Rasengan fight instead of a Chidori vs. Rasengan fight, at most the outcome would be the same.
