The sword and certain aspects of it aren't stabilized, Unlike Madara's. The sword and the tails for example. It's a much more stabilized Perfect Susanoo covering.

To say Sasuke has PS already is to say that Sasuke has reached his limit in EMS and Susanoo. And that the current Sasuke we see is as strong as he'll get without outside help or an undiscovered ability.

Are you saying that Sasuke can form a Susanoo that resembles the Kyuubi armored by himself? Because he hasn't shown to be able to do that.

If that is Sasuke's PS then it's a laughably inferior PS. Let him develop it before you say it's perfect. I mean it isn't even stabilized.

When he does perfect Susanoo, and he will, Only then will it be a PS. Until then it's like an legged susanoo to ascending PS.

Of course he has it, Susanoo that was merged with Kurama had all characteristic of stabilized PS.

Of course, they're the same kind of Susanoo. Sasuke's current Susanoo is evolving into a PS but the fact is that it isn't quite there yet. It's lacking and it's weakness is only one of the reasons Sasuke's Susanoo isn't a true PS yet.

Naruto's BSM isn't even perfected yet. The only thing that it was lacking before Madara ripped him of it was he other half of Kurama.
