Another asspull from Kishi, showing no possible way in hell that Sasuke could've mastered Susano'o in the midst of battle, but it's okay because I approve of it. I can't lie though, it makes Sasuke look more Epic using his Perfect Susano'o.

This doesn't make him any more powerful until we see more Feats.
For all we know, Naruto's chakra could've increased Sasuke's chakra and ability to form an even bigger Susnao'o.

So with him fighting alongside Naruto, his Susano'o gets Boosts. (Incomplete Susano'o Legs // Perfect Susano'o)
Why didn't he come back to the village so he could become even stronger?
Although we don't know for sure if Sasuke already knew how to give his Incomplete Susnao'o legs.
