[Theory] Sasuke has not a/his full Rinnegan

This is a theory I thought of:

Hagoromo mentioned that to get Rinnegan you need the power/cells of both his sons what brings out his chakra and the mentioned Rinnegan:

Also we know that the current reincarnations of his sons are Naruto and Sasuke himself. Before they were Madara and Hashirama.

To revive Sasuke Kabuto used Hashirama cells who once were but aren't anymore cells of the reincarnation.

This means Sasuke got revived by not "Ashura-cells" and still only has "Indra-cells". But to get the Rinnegan you need both. This means Sasuke only got a "preform" of the Rinnegan. He probably got it because of the "power" the Hermit gave him.

Sages chakra was enough for the rinnegan. I guess he got a little yang with the yin boost. Vice versa for Naruto... who now can imagine healinv and make it reality...

You need Hagoromos chakra=>Sasuke got Hagoromos chakra=>Rinnegan

Maybe he has to learn to master that kind of chakra to awake both Rinnegan.

To get the Rinnegan a person needs to combine the powers of Indra and Ashura, when Madara did this he brought forth the chakra and power of Hagoromo and thus awakened the Rinnegan. In other words, one only needs the power/chakra of Hagoromo in order to awaken it, something which Sasuke has.

After what Obito said about eyes being strongest in pairs this chapter, I have no doubt that Sasuke is going to awaken the juubi eye in his right eye soon. Before the fight gets too rough or before he fights Naruto.
