Sasuke has no scars, does he have Itachi's eyes?

why doesn't Sasuke have any scars on his eyes like Kakashi does? If Itachi's eyes were actually transplanted shouldn't there be any scars?


I wonder what method was used to transfer the Sharingan, to not have any scars make me think on how it was done, my opinion is that they may have a secret technique only clan members know.

Despite what you may think, eyes can be removed without scars being left. Remember Itachi's genjutsu, he tore Sasuke's eye out. No scar needed, just grab and pull.

I was unaware there were cosmetic surgeons back in the ninja days.. Lol jk. I'm sure rin used chakra which would probably act as a precision cutting tool. More accurate cuts always equil better job.

Similar to how Madara plucked his brother's eyeballs out, Obito probably just plucked Sasuke's eyes and did some mystic ninja crap to replace them with Itachi's. And as others said, Kakashi's eye was slashed by an enemy ninja prior to the actual eye transplant. Actually that's the reason Obito even offered him his Sharingan in the first place.
