He left the village in manga 699.. the movie happen 2 years later. Meaning he was gone for 2 years. So he probably will get his hand at end of the movie.

I'm sure he'll get his arm at the end of the movie. The thing is, he'll have trouble with fighting and won't be able to use many jutsu. Obviously it's a pretty big nerf, makes it even more interesting.
