Outerpath is in the moon in another dimension and nowhere in the manga did I see shrina tensei, bansho tenin, ashura lasers, ningendo soul removal, hades soul removal/soul restoration, and endless summoning technique from Sasuke.

Madara did not teach Obito rinnegan jutsu and Obito did not teach pain his techniques. Because.
1) Madara and Obito did not have the rinnegan, nagato did.
So that Six path jutsu that madara taught him were just jutsus that didn't require a rinnegan like Six path jyubi coffin seal and gedo rinne tensei etc.
2) Obito can't use nagato's jutsus and neither did madara. How can you give sasuke feats for something he did not do? Even momoshiki showed different rinnegan techniques

Kabuto did pump Sasuke full of Hashi DNA to reverse his death. I agree though the specifics of Sasukes eye is unconfirmed. It's illogical to compare it to nagato/madara's rinnegan or anyone else's really.

Well no. Nagato never got that Deva was being created to use to create the moon, he just heard fairytails about Hagormoo creating the moon and splitting the bijus up. You know that deva path had nothing to do with the moon. It was Hamura and Hagormoo using six path seals that created the moon.
He said he'll teach him the jutsus that he's capable of and like I said before, the 6 path jutsus madara is talking about is Six path jyubi coffin seal and gedo synchronization (substitute rinne tensei)

Six path of pain is not a six path jutsu technique. He only used Outerpath level (gedo) which is higher than nagato because he has uchiha and senju powers. That unables you to use Outerpath Gedo without the use of the rinnegan, so he's been using it before nagao has. Of course it'll be stronger to use the Gedo. The six path of pain is just a pain jutsu Tobi learned from nagato.

Use your brain here. Sasuke was not given hagormoo's eyes, he only bestowed chakra to his left hand. Hagormoo in ghost form cannot physically take out his eyes and give it to Sasuke, and considering the fact that both his eyes are intact while being different look than Sasuke's rinnegan, obviously he did not get hagoromoo's eyes. Momoshiki, Madara, Sasuke, and Pain all used different movesets with the rinnegan.
Like I said, the 6 path jutsus madara taught obito were jutsus that did not need the rinnegan because both of them did not have any rinnegan at the time.
