I don't know what did Hashirama to Sasuke before the stabbing, but we clearly know that Hashirama gave him his remaining chakra. As we know, Hashirama Senju is someone with high Yang power in his body, due the Younger Son's Bloodline.

The manga has revealed many times what are the powers of the Yang power: Vitality, Life, and Regeneration.

I'm betting that Sasuke will survive the stabbing thanks to the new chakra he got from Hashirama. Plus... there are some medic ninjas that could do something about that, including Tsunade.

Exactly. I thought the same. Actually, maybe hashi's chakra isn't even needed, just have tsunade heal him after the damage, I'm pretty sure she can do it. Obviously neither sasuke nor naruto will die, but it's awesome to see the fapboys reaction.
