Sasuke has got back the curse mark back (or something similar)?

I think the Sasuke vs Killer Bee fight may have been Kishi's way to give the curse mark to Sasuke because:

Karin says a enzyme in Jugo's blood is what causes his ability the curse mark to activate.

Jugo gave Sasuke his flesh to repair Sasuke’s chest from Killer Bee’s attack which means Sasuke has Jugo’s blood.

IMO​

Sasuke has Jugo's enzyme which contains the curse marks power (since he has Jugo's blood) but he needs to find a way to activate this enzyme to use the curse mark.
Jugo knows how to use the curse mark without Oro's curse seal so he may be able to teach Sasuke how to activate the enzyme inside him to use the curse mark.
if Kabuto was still around he could give Sasuke a way to activate Jugo's enzyme since he has a lot of Oro's knowledge.

Do you think there's a chance Sasuke could get the curse mark to activate or will Jugo's enzyme stay not active in Sasuke forever? :shrug:

It can't activate if it's gone. By that logic, Jugo can give anyone the curse seal by infusing them with chakra. For all we know the amount of flesh given to Sasuke has since passed out of his body. I mean, if you're unable to wear a hat properly(it goes on your HEAD not on your WAIST) then you're OBVIOUSLY unable to interpret the meaning behind the manga.

i know It can't activate if it's gone. flesh given to Sasuke is still apart of him leave it to Kishi to tell us some days down the line when if it comes up ok

i think thats a pretty good point. not a curse mark, but im sure having juugos chakra will probably enable sasuke to manipulate nature energy like naruto and go into his own type of sage mode. probly will use it as a trump card at some point. if he even knows he is capable

i agree with you i think he will Regain his Curse Mark he has Jugo's DNA and Orochimaru is back to life so its very likely he may get it back becouse he is in need of a power up
