Just noticed this and thought it would be an interesting detail. You can clearly see the background of the eye is black and pattern is red. Normally he doesn't have it active unless he's in a really tough fight, he barely even had it on when fighting Kaguya. If anything at all I guess it's just a confirmation that he'll get some action in the movie
