I dont think sasuke has really changed his mind about getting revenge. i think he is just having doubts, i also think that he is trying as much as possible to eliminate any threat that might stand between him and his revenge. And one of the main threat is Uchiha madara if madara should complete his infinite tsukyomi his revenge would be meaningless so why not try to eliminate that threat and afterwards have his revenge. what do you think?

No. He has decided to follow his brother's path and that path is to protect Konoha. therefore the reason for Sasuke wanting to eliminate Madara is in order to protect Konoha.

Agreed, I think Sasuke has his own agenda. He doesn't intend to waltz back to Naruto and shrug off everything after all this time. I see it like he'd want to protect Konoha from the shadows, but still remain to himself.

Sasuke is intelligent enough to realize that Infinite Tsyukomi affects him too, even though he probably doesn't want anything to do with the war. If he doesn't stop Madara/Obito, then he'll never be able to achieve what he desires.
