If you look at the page sasuke was 1st shown, you can see that sasuke was above and when he looked down he saw nothing but the uchiha crest. Now sasuke was just attacked by a random uchiha who he thought didn't exist, so more than likely his thinking is that of someone who completely has their guard up. It sucks but sarada probably should have waited for naruto. But this will more than likely get resolved next chapter and we'll get closer to knowing what happened the day sarada was born which is the true mystery kishi has made.

Well, she had Sharingan, and she even had a crest of Uchiha, so ofc he has doubts ?
