Because chakra is composed of physical and spiritual energy having Ashura's chakra would mean Sasuke received the Yang energy that comes with it.

So combined with Hashi's cells, Sasuke's body would have been enhanced to a level beyond the average Senju. It's safe to say he should have the same amount of chakra as base mode Hashirama.
