That's debatable, Sasuke also has Perfect Susano'o, and we don't know whether Kakashi has Amaterasu or not. Not to mention, Sasuke's new teleporting, object switch power seems to be an upgraded version of FTG, and I remember Obito couldn't counter that.

S/T lays waste to Kamui because of unpredictability, and it's much too fast for Kamui snipe. Literally all Sasuke would do is raise his hand with Chidori in it and swap Kakashi with a rock in front of him. He wouldn't be able counter because Kamui phase isn't instant as seen in minato vs tobi
