Naruto sensed Sasuke behind him due to the same way he sensed Kisame. It has nothing to do with his physical speed. Naruto's physical speed is less than Sasuke's transportation Shar-Rinnegan jutsu. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been taken from behind.

You make zero sense, Sasuke's S/T isn't measured in speed since it is instant teleportation so you cannot compare it to physical running speed that is just retarded.

Actually since Sasuke used the fireball jutsu to distract Naruto that means he knew he could react fast enough to dodge his attack with ease its why he used that as a diversion.

Naruto definitely sensed the attack beforehand. Naruto could've wrapped his TSB around himself to defend against that attack/nullify it or he could've just flown out of the way if he were as smart as obito.

How would Naruto dodge it before Sasuke was behind him? Sasuke can teleport. The only way for Naruto to dodge an attack via teleport is if he could see the future. It's not about speed, because Sasuke's eye power isn't a speed technique. It's a teleportation technique.

Sasuke didn't gain the upper hand. His attack didn't even do anything, and it's debatable if it even hit.

Doesn't confirm he can use any other path or any other Deva techniques. Sasuke's Chibaku Tensei doesn't even make sense considering what we've seen from other Rinnegan users.

It looks more like a plot device to temporarily bind the Bijuu so there can be a 1v1 with Naruto and Sasuke.
