even after all of that, there wasn't a single statement made by Madara that refuted his original one. It's just as possible that having Hagoromo's chakra allowed him to do that. Until something comes along and says Sasuke has senjutsu, he doesn't. The end.

the chidori of sasuke wasnt black here,despite being in cs2. His attacks increased because hagoromo gave him power and yin chakra,remember what happened when naruto shared his chakra with the SA?,by how much did their power increase?,or when tsunade shared her chakra with onoki who was weakened,what happened then? How much more hagoromo?
Black zetsu admitted that bm minato and kakashi would kill him should he leave obito,he was beaten by chojuro,he isnt powerful. Obito himself also impaled madara too,the same one than tanked a daytime trigger. Hachibi's tentacles withstood a bijudama,which would make a large crater,but got cut by shurikens and chidori spear,which wont make a crater.

Your theory is another plausibility but it isn't a direct refutation of what I said.

but there isn't any Yin and Yang parallel when it comes to Kakashi. The chidori isn't black because Sasuke can control what chakra he wants to put in his chidori and he didn't require a more powerful chidori against Deidara as it would be a waste of chakra but achieve the same result. Part one Kabuto was getting owned by genins because he was holding back due to being a spy. Same could be said of Black Zetsu. Obito was a former Juubi jin. Regardless those were piercing attacks while Sasuke used a slicing one and it is easier to pierce than to slice because energy is spread over a one dimensional line as opposed to being concentrated in a point. I have a theory that bijuu are resistant to bijuu chakra related attacks and I'll end up making it eventually.

4) sure madara has some good durability,however it was his healing that saved him from gai.
