Let's do basic break down,

Strength:
Naruto can pulverize Sasuke... His SM is as available as Sharingan to Uchiha, so there should be no doubt about it...

Speed:
Sasuke has instantaneous S/T but Naruto has almost equivalent foot speed with far better reflexes and striking speed, all these factors fall under this category...

Ninjutsu:
Sasuke has versatility but Naruto got immense fire-power...

Genjutsu:
Obviously, Sasuke is the winner here but Naruto has ways to get past it, Bijuu's chakra and Shadow Clone feints...

Taijutsu:
Sasuke is better but in SM, Frog Kumite with Naruto's sensing features is well ahead Sasuke's ability...

Chakra/Stamina:
What can I say??? Naruto >>> Sasuke...

Intellect:
Sasuke is talented while Naruto is battle smart, his tactics are second to none. But I give this to Sasuke for his fans...

Specialties:

PS:
Couldn't withstand Kaguya's blows, and Naruto on few occasions over-powered the Goddess. Still, it'd be highly ineffective even though Naruto hasn't confronted a PS before...

Sasuke has no answer to this... It neutralizes Ninjutsu, provides a better defense than PS, can be molded in anything useful as a weapon and allows Naruto to float and have airborne advantage...

Conclusion:

As per break-down, Naruto beats Sasuke rather comfortably but with his 'Can't kill a friend' disease, he'll be vulnerable until he realizes that he should overcome his problem...
It'll be a long, entertaining battle... That's all I'm waiting for...

Defense- Perfect Susano'o is a better defense than Naruto's battle avatars. It was only immune to Kaguya which is normal.

You're not winning the chakra levels argument. Naruto has half a biju's chakra to pull from, Sasuke has his own chakra pull. Naruto can also access nature chakra, Sasuke hasn't shown the ability to pull nature chakra from his surroundings. It isn't even a contest.

Naruto has Six Paths Chakra, Sasuke has the Sharinnengan, those were the two separate powerups the Sage bestowed on them.

I don't recall the avatar having any durability feats, so I'll concede this point.

If we tally up the totals, I think it pretty clear who has shown more feats thus far. Doesn't take away from the speculation, I think we all pretty much agree that this fight is a lot more even than most people think, but its really no contests with what has been shown to us thus far.
