Naw I updated it. I was confused at first because I thought I remembered it being white because of the color of the real Sasuke sword you can buy. Kishimoto colors it black too:That might just be Studio Pierott's doing as far as the movie goes.

It might've been white in earlier color spreads though. I haven't found any to confirm so I don't know why they make the real one that you can buy white. Probably because that way it looks more like the way it's colored on the black and white pages and to give people an option if they have a preference? You can get it in black or white.
