[Predictions] Sasuke Had Two Kids: Sarada is 1 of 2. Possible Spoiler

Apparently Sasuke had a child with both Sakura and Karin. This is only speculation at this point but I will detail what I read. When karin gave birth to the first child of Sasuke Karin died. When Sakura gave birth apparently her baby died. Sasuke decided to give Karin's baby to Sakura. Sakura still has no idea this is not her child. Take this with a grain of salt. But I thought I should post it anyway. I doubt this though. The source is from tumblr. But what's confusing is that people are also saying Karin married Sugestsu. Any thoughts?
