So is it safe to say minus the chakra of tailed beasts he would struggle against Naruto?Afterall Naruto cancelled his strongest attack made from the full chakra of all tailed beasts using senjutsu only..?

this guy doesnt even know what borrow means. borrow is when the tailed beasts are willing to give their chakra to him, and he uses it but it doesnt and wont belong to him. and then it will return to them them

sasuke's case is: he used force to take the bijuus chakra out of 'em. the bijuus were not willing to give him their chakras. and we dont know for sure where their chakras gone.

when u ask for money to your friend, and they willingly give you, its called 'borrow'
