Sasuke had more trouble agaisnt a "fully armed" Oro ?

It wouldn't have mattered if Tsunade was Hokage or not. Being Hokage doesn't give you new powers. Also, without Jiraiya, she would've gotten pooped on, literally.

Maybe, but Orochimaru simply cannot beat anyone who is an Uchiha imo, and Tsunade would lose more than likely.

As long as sasuke has those eyes he beats oro. As tar as tsunade in byakogo mode i don't see how oro hurts her. Then again don't know how she hurts oro either.

Sasuke still wins as soon as oro tries to take his body. Mid diff for sasuke as oro can't fight to kill. Oro with edos might just get some new peepers

Orochimaru didn't want to kill sasuke....so defeating someone without killing him is a lot tougher....and sasuke's eyes....well....those are dangerous...orochimaru got absorbed instead......his arms were sealed so he couldn't fight in his human form anyway.....but yes, if oro is somehow able to perfect the dragon sage mode then he can defeat sasuke...because he won't be affected by visual genjutsu..he will simply keep his eyes closed....
