Sasuke had his current Susanoo before he got EMS

I was just scrolling around narutobase yesterday and came along the the Sasuke vs team 7 again.

When Kakashi tells sasuke to look ''deap down into his heart''
He because angry.. because all he sees is people laughing, and the only reason they are still laughing wouldnt be there if itachi didnt massacre his clan.

Actually, Sasukes Complete Susanoo started to look different when he obtained EMS.

I think his susanoo doesn't change but only the powers. I think that the eyes of the person is the upper half and the eyes of the relative or brother is the lower half. I believe sasuke did not yet unlock the ems's full potential to use the perfect susanoo.

The one he has is new and he did NOT have the current one with his MS. It also goes without saying that this one is stronger.

More like Itachis? it was the other way around. It looked the same as Itachis when he had MS, after he obtained EMS it became bird-like in looks.

No. There is a distinction from his MS and EMS Final Susanoo. But we haven't seen him go all out at all since he got EMS. When he used the EMS Final Susanoo, it was when he first acquired the eyes. We didn't see him attempt to move up a stage (Similar to the size of Madara's Final Susanoo before he stabilizes it) because he didn't need to. If you remember the Danzo fight, before that we only saw the Skeleton version. In the Danzo fight when he got angrier we saw him go into a new stage of Susanoo. It'll probably happen with the next stage of his Susanoo in the coming chapters.
