Sasuke growth

Kid Sasuke- wanted Itachi dead but his bonds made him forget until he met him again.

Snake Sasuke- wanted to know who helped Itachi because Itachi wasn't strong enough to take out the entire clan alone.

Hawk Sasuke- was on a rampage about Itachi's forgotten sacrifice. Wanted to kill the elders and crush the Leaf. However deep in his heart he never forgot his friends. He wanted answers.

War Sasuke- Sasuke wants to kill Naruto since he is his best friend. Sasuke gets answers from Itachi and tries to come up with his own answers. Sasuke joins the war to protect the Leaf. His motive was to become Hokage.

Final Sasuke- After awakening the Rinnegan, Sasuke cooperates with Naruto more but looks down on Kakashi and Sakura. Deep in his heart he sees them as family, but he was too bent on his goal to shoulder all of hatred. After his battle with Naruto, Sasuke accepts that he always looked up to Naruto because he was able to form bonds even when he was lonely, unlike Sasuke himself. Sasuke also finally accepts Sakura into his life.

thread some months ago. Sasuke is one of the best, if not the best, char in the manga in my opinion. But don't get fooled by his long, well done development, a character can be disliked merely by his looks or attitude.

In Boku no Hero Academia, Bakugou is a good char that is that way for a specific reason, yet i can't stand him because i just don't like him. Same could be said for Sasuke, Goku, Sanji, every character ever.

You may not believe it, but, Sasuke was indeed looking for the truth even before his battle with Itachi. It was even mentioned in the Databook; "The path of vengeance, to sasuke, is also a journey to find out the truth about his clan". It was also evident in the Manga, that's why he was asking Itachi about his accomplices in the Uchiha massacre, it was because he wanted to know more.

And No, his goals didn't always revolve around Killing and Revenge. By the end he also wanted world peace, just like Naruto did. It is just their methods that differed. Lol
